Read: Ecclesiastes 6:10
What will your future be?
Why at times you are so afraid about it?
Why you’re always busy preparing about your future?
Doesn’t God promised He had formerly decided them for us? That our lives were already written in His book?
“Everything has already been decided. It was known long ago what each person would be so there’s no use arguing with God about your destiny.”
Worrying and fretting therefore is a waste of time. Arguing with God so I could have a glimpse about my future is useless. I don’t need to know if I know who holds it.
It’s best to think only of the present and see to it that I do something that gives glory to Him.
Adoniram Judson once said while serving in a Burmese jail, “The future is as bright as the promises of God.”
The future is bright! The future is bright!
That’s what I need to hold on to.
